The number of users allowed to connect to the server concurrently is limited by the number of Client Expansion licenses.

In other words, you need to license the maximum (peak) number of users connected simultaneously to a 4D Server. You do not need to purchase a license for every employee or computer, which is a great advantage compared to a named-user model.

Additional concurrent users can be added to your 4D Server by buying a 4D Client Expansion pack. They are available in 1-, 5- and 10-unit packs.
